Mold Set Selection: The raw material of the steel that the mold will be processed should be suitable for the product to be produced. If wear is foreseen in the working area due to the product geometry; The core part must be of qualified steel. Otherwise, the life of the mold will be short, the desired product cannot be mass-produced.

Design: Die parting line should be selected in the appropriate position. While designing; If there will be moving parts, called cores, in the mold, these parts should be positioned in a way that does not prevent the plastic injection machine from working. The parts that the ejector pins will touch, the angles of the product coming out of the ejector part of the mold, and the lapping spaces should be handled with precision in the design.

Flow Analysis: Before the mold is produced, the final point of the molten plastic, the amount of density, and the cooling cycle times should be analyzed absolutely.

Surface treatment: Depending on whether the product surface that will come out of the mold is matte, glossy, or patterned, surface treatment should be performed with the right equipment.

Mold Polishing: The mold whose surface will be polished should be polished with an appropriate method, considering its material and cost, and tool marks should be removed.
